Echo Nerfs
Echo receives two major adjustments: her Tri-Shot ammo capacity decreases from 15 to 12, and Focusing Beam duration drops from 2.5 to 2 seconds. These changes specifically target her tank-melting potential while maintaining effectiveness against squishier targets.
Zenyatta Adjustments
The omnic support sees multiple nerfs: Discord Orb’s damage amplification reduces from 30% to 25%, and both Harmony and Discord Orb projectile speeds decrease from 120 to 90, matching his primary fire speed. This creates more counterplay opportunities against his debuff.
Tracer Modifications
Tracer’s Pulse Pistol damage falloff range rescales from 13-23 meters to 12-20 meters, reducing her effectiveness at mid-range engagements. This change particularly benefits support players who often found themselves vulnerable to long-range harassment.
