    “Our fundamental principle involves treating players as human beings rather than revenue-generating assets,” Fabian stated. “Having experienced player treatment within major organizations, I understand that impersonal feeling. I committed to ensuring Delta Project players never encounter similar experiences.”

    Delta Project implements this human-focused philosophy through multiple approaches, emphasizing participant physical and psychological wellness.

    “Many people misunderstand professional players’ daily realities. Typical routines involve waking around 1-2 PM, immediately transitioning into 7-8 hour team practices, followed by individual training and video analysis sessions. By completion, it’s frequently midnight or 1 AM,” Fabian described.

    With Delta Project, Fabian introduced innovative, health-conscious scheduling.

    “Our days commence at 11 AM – seemingly late but unusually early for esports athletes. Consequently, we avoid late-night sessions. Four evenings weekly feature no organizational activities – no evening practices or video reviews. Instead, we promote computer-free time, encouraging family interaction and social activities. We oppose 24/7 work-play cycles,” he explained.

    “Exclusive focus on gameplay coupled with organizational pressure toward constant playing inevitably causes burnout,” Fabian clarified.

    “We aim developing female talent within Rainbow Six professional scene,” Fabian clarified, “not merely establishing competitive women’s teams but expanding available high-caliber female player pools.”
